| ASP Group LLC was formed to build tourism development projects in emerging
markets. Although many in the industry consider the risks of doing business in
these markets to be unacceptable, and we agree that this indeed is the case in
many markets, we also believe that certain markets are undergoing structural
changes that present exceptional opportunities. Our own experiences and the experiences of our alliance companies enable us
to plan large scale developments. Libya is a case in point. We are in the
process of bringing together some of the finest companies in the US to build and
operate a tourism development project in that country.
We have identified other opportunities in other emerging markets where the
expected return on investment figures are also compelling.
We continue to welcome US and global investors, developers, designers,
architects, construction firms, suppliers and professional firms to work with us
on our projects.
